This house was built in record time as our designers and building specialists were able to generate a project within current by-laws of the Etobicoke municipality. As the result we did not have to wait months  for committee of adjustment and pay additional fees. We accomplish drawings in couple of weeks then submitted them to the city and had been started construction in a month.
