Second floor additions of such kind are very common throughout GTA.

 

Our team of professional architect and construction specialists was able to create and built a house that truly can be called modern, stylish, yet cozy and affordable.

 

We added a second storey to an aged bungalow and completely remodelled the ground floor. Now  this house has  three bedrooms with master ensuite and spacious walk-in closet, couple washrooms on second floor and powder room on ground floor, modern kitchen and breakfast area, deck and many other features that are common for us these days, but lacking in older houses.  

 

This project was closely monitored by the City because the old house was originally built with certain irregularirties which were not governed by City bylaw. It took us almost 8 month to get the permit in February 2014.

 

Nat, our Project Development Specialist worked vey closely with our Customers and The City various departments to create a project that would satisfy all parties involved. hard to started to work on the building permit. The biggest challange was to coordinate the project with the zoning department to allow us to build wall to wall without any steps, which would be unavoidable consider current by-laws. Finally, The Building Permit Department was assured that all paperwork was in accordance to The Code, and the Permit was issued.

 

The time to complete the project was twice as short (about 4 months). Finally, Our Customers moved-in back to their very new, yet so familiar house.
